Job Description:

• Implement best practices for revenue management, identify new revenue opportunities, and optimize distribution partnerships to maximize profitability.
• Oversee daily yield operations, adjust strategies based on market trends and provide weekly dynamic forecasts with budget comparisons and variance analysis.
• Perform competitive benchmarking, create rolling demand calendars and analyze hotel performance to provide actionable recommendations for long-term strategy improvements.
• Ensure revenue management systems are fully optimized, maintain a functional website booking process and regularly monitor data quality for accuracy and effectiveness.
