  • Ensure smooth execution of all front-of-house and back-of-house functions, from opening to closing.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service, maintain team morale, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure a superior dining experience by addressing customer concerns, managing reservations, and maintaining service standards.
  • Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and manage inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to local health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and industry best practices.
