Job Description:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly assisting clients, anticipating their needs, and ensuring VIP/repeat guests receive special attention. Oversee the department’s compliance with DCT standards for hotel classification.
• Manage daily reservations operations, including task allocation, arrival report reviews, occupancy forecasting, group bookings and maintaining updated rates in the system and correspondence files.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to analyze occupancy and rates, monitor incentive programs and ensure accurate reporting and adherence to policies.
• Uphold hotel environmental, health, and safety standards, comply with OSH legislation and report safety incidents to supervisors or EHS/HR officers
