Team Leader (Real Estate)-We are looking for only real estate experience candidates in Dubai as Real estate/ property consultant. Who is more expertise in Secondary Market Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Continuously research and identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and clients to drive business expansion. Utilize industry trends and data to uncover potential business prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to proactively adjust business development strategies and remain competitive.
  • Proposal Development & Presentations: Create compelling proposals and presentations for clients to showcase the value of our services and products. Customize solutions based on client needs.
