We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities for the company, including developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a sales team of maximum 10 relationship managers, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and building strong relationships with customers.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

UAE driving license is mandatory
