Quantity Surveyors – Capstone Solutions

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor Technician/Quantity Surveyor

Nationality – Filipino only

Relevant Degree from a recognised University and recognised professional qualification, MRICS or equivalent or subject to approval at the Employer’s discretion, with a minimum relevant post-graduation experience more than 5 years. The Quantity Surveyors shall have extensive knowledge of current Value Engineering and Cost control techniques, together with knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract and international methods of measurement.

Rate finalising, Meeting, Payment Review, New rates buildup making, Re-measurement etc.
