A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.
Job Description:
- Conduct detailed cost analyses, prepare budget estimates and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project scope. Develop tender documents, evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs, manage budget alignment, handle variations and ensure compliance with contract terms. Administer claims, disputes and payment extensions efficiently.
- Prepare forecasts, cash flow analyses and performance reviews while advising on cost-saving measures and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and finalize accounts with contractors, ensuring complete documentation of project costs and payments.
