Quantity Surveyor/Estimator – Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group
The Quantity Surveyor/Estimator plays a crucial role in the Fit-Out & Joinery industry, particularly in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and joinery projects based on architectural and engineering drawings.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to assist in project planning and budgeting.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and reported accurately.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best terms.
- Review and analyze tenders, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
- Provide regular reports on project financial performance and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to address any financial discrepancies or issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and costs to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of progress claims and final accounts for projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
