Production Technician

Reports to Manager – Technical Support

Job Purpose:

To perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production Machineries and equipment’s according to safety, maintenance management systems to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

·      Maintain, repair, troubleshoot and installation of Kitchen, Bakery and pastry and equipment.

·      Monitors start up to insure a smooth transition of operations.

·      Coordinate and participate in all type of maintenance on a daily, weekly, monthly basis through Maintenance software like CMMS.

·      Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tools and equipment.

·      Observes safety and security procedures.

·      Perform the adhoc duties as assigned by Head of department.
