Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operations of juice production facility and pre-cut item production.
• Responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, and leading a team to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct quality checks and resolve any product inconsistencies.
• Implement and oversee procedures to ensure the accurate and safe cutting, portioning, and packaging of items.
