You will be responsible for Program Management within the IT department, working closely with the senior Operations team to ensure achievement of large scale software development project goals and requirements. Working with wider business functions leads to define, prioritise, develop and monitor project initiatives.

Work with leadership to define, prioritise, develop and monitor projects and programsManage inter-dependencies and coordination across program work-streamsIdentify and manage potential risks and issuesLead the execution of PMO governance, reporting and reviewing framework Monitor Program Progress and ensure Program work-streams meet their goals and requirementsConduct weekly reporting meetings and monthly steering committees Assess and activate improvements of program and project management practiceOversee the work of project staff to ensure adherence to PMO guidelines
Profile
7+ years of experience in IT SW Development projects and programs management (PM/ PMO Role)Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Master)PMP certification, Scrum Master, or equivalentFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Tools and JiraExcellent communicator in written and verbal formConsulting experience with a focus on building successful project teamsExperience working for large and established global IT companiesExperience of working with cross functional team in different geo-locations
