• Coordinate, manage and monitor the running of all departments in the organization.
• Ensure efficient running of all organizational departments through effective coordination and monitoring.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among support functions while monitoring and managing support services to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and authorize all internal and external communication before it is released to staff.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for the Pilates studio; manage employee relations, performance, and development.
• Manage the overall operations of the Pilates studio, including class schedules, equipment maintenance, and membership services, ensuring a well-organized and functional club environment.
