Overview of the role

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Workshop Supervisor – Heavy Duty Trucks to lead our Aftersales Commercial Vehicle workshop operations in Dubai.

This role is critical in driving workshop performance, ensuring high productivity, delivering “Fix It Right First Time” standards, and achieving Aftersales revenue targets. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure efficient day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and vehicle uptime.

What you will do

• Lead and manage day-to-day workshop operations for heavy-duty trucks
• Drive workshop performance by maximizing productivity, efficiency, and sold hours
• Ensure adherence to “Fix It Right First Time” (FIR) processes and quality standards
• Plan and allocate workload effectively across technicians and workshop bays
• Monitor job progress and ensure on-time delivery of trucks to customers
• Drive Aftersales revenue through optimal utilization of labour and workshop capacity
• Oversee warranty repair processes and ensure compliance with OEM standards
• Manage tools, equipment, and workshop inventory to ensure operational readiness
• Lead, coach, and develop workshop teams to enhance technical capabilities and performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards
