Waiter/waitress – Taggd
We are seeking a professional, service-oriented, and well-presented Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional hospitality within our Customer Headquarter Showroom environment.
The successful candidate will ensure guests, clients, and visitors receive a premium beverage and refreshments service experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and customer care. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for serving refreshments, maintaining hospitality areas, supporting client meetings and events, and contributing to a welcoming and professional showroom atmosphere that reflects the company’s standards.
- Attend guests warmly and provide courteous, attentive service.
- Prepare and serve beverages, refreshments, and light snacks to clients, visitors, and staff as required.
- Ensure meeting rooms, client lounges, and hospitality areas are prepared and presented to company standards.
- Take beverage and refreshment orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests and inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry, serving areas, coffee stations, and hospitality facilities.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of beverages, snacks, consumables, and serving supplies.
- Arrange hospitality services for client meetings, management gatherings, VIP visits, and showroom events.
- Set up and clear tables before and after meetings or events.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Coordinate with reception and showroom teams to ensure guests receive a seamless hospitality experience.
