Vehicle Inspector and Safety Officer – TASC Outsourcing
About the Role:
As a Vehicle Inspector and Safety Officer based in Dubai, you will ensure the operational safety and regulatory compliance of our vehicle fleet. You will conduct thorough technical inspections, implement safety protocols, and collaborate with maintenance teams to uphold the highest standards of vehicle reliability and road safety.
Responsibilities:
– Perform detailed mechanical and safety inspections of all company vehicles – Identify and report defects, malfunctions, and safety hazards – Complete and maintain accurate inspection reports and safety documentation – Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies – Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize and address repair needs – Develop and implement vehicle safety procedures and preventive maintenance plans – Conduct safety training sessions for drivers and operational staff – Investigate vehicle incidents or accidents and recommend corrective actions – Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors during inspections – Maintain an organized database of inspection records and compliance certificates
