UAE National_Senior Manager – Group AI Office Value Realization and Program Management – Al Futtaim Group
Overview Of The Role:
- The Senior Manager – AI Office PMO plays a pivotal role in driving and overseeing strategic AI initiatives within Al-Futtaim. The role requires a strong focus on program management and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve the Group AI vision, which includes adopting AI technologies across various divisions.
- This position involves collaborating with the Chief AI Officer and Group Technology & AI Strategy Director to ensure alignment and prioritization of AI initiatives as per the agreed roadmap. Successfully completing AI initiatives will enable organizational benefits, efficiency improvements, and future-ready business operations.
- Central to this role is the ability to execute and manage complex programmes while reporting on their progress and effectiveness, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and supporting talent development initiatives related to AI.
What You Will Do:
Program Management
- Lead the program management for the group AI office and coordinate activities for the AI transformation program.
- Ensure the quality of analysis, activities, and deliverables as needed, including the development and validation of roadmaps and transformation plans.
- Prepare regular reporting and progress updates for the Group AI leadership team and other senior leadership meetings.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to proactively drive momentum of the AI program.
- Support preparation of materials for senior stakeholder reviews and governance meetings.
- Implement best practice standards in reporting and governance.
- Help syndicate analysis, results with all stakeholders and manage relations and expectations.
Analysis and Insights
- Support with any required analysis in preparation for stakeholder meetings.
- Leads collection and organization of relevant data for initiative planning and analysis.
- Supports development of business cases for any group-wide AI initiatives, defining financial and non-financial impact of initiatives and projects.
- Create data-driven insights for decision making.
- Ensures analytical rigor and quality of insights.
- Ongoing tracking of progress of key initiatives which are part of the strategic roadmap for AI.
Organizational and People Initiatives
- Work with the AI office leadership and HR leadership to design AI adoption and change management frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on tracking progress on talent development and upskilling initiatives.
- Ensure organizational change is effectively sustained to make the business future-ready.
