Description
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.Oversee all visitor experience initiatives to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and visitor programmes.Manage and optimise the organisation’s brand presence within the public sector.Lead the development of innovative approaches to enhance visitor engagement and retention.Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational guidelines in all external communications.Supervise and mentor the marketing and communications team to achieve departmental goals.
Profile
A successful UAE National, Marketing, Communications and Visitor Experience Director should have:
