Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the diverse needs of our workforce, using modern instructional design principles and training technologies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create actionable plans to address those gaps through targeted training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop tailored training solutions that align with departmental objectives and overall business goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through qualitative and quantitative metrics, adjusting content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance outcomes.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing various instructional techniques to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all training materials and resources are up-to-date, accessible, and effectively utilized by employees.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth throughout the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate training, integrating new ideas and technologies into training programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on training activities, employee performance, and development initiatives to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
