Technical Sales Executive – ARAS Developments FZE

We are a Jebel Ali Free Zone, based company specializing in the distribution of material handling equipment, including electric forklifts, electric stackers, and hand pallet trolleys. To support our growing business, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our sales team in the Material Handling Equipment business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
  4. Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet client specifications and requirements.
  5. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  7. Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
  9. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
