Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage technical projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
2. Develop detailed project plans.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks.
5. Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and maintain engagement.
6. Prepare and present project status reports to management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards.
8. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Continuously evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project delivery.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Technical Project Management experience with technical background.
2. Must have experience with LMS platforms; knowledge of Moodle or Totara would be a big advantage.
3. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project goals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to challenges.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Strong organizational skills.
8. A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
9. Language: Arabic + English.
