Experience & Qualifications
· 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, with significant exposure to technical/integration-driven projects.
· Proven experience working in banking or financial services
· Previous experience delivering large-scale digital transformation or digital banking programs preferred.
· Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and highly technical engineering teams.
· End to End Independently translate it into process flows → business rules → user stories → API/data requirements → acceptance criteria → SIT/UAT support → production readiness.
