Supply Chain & Operations Executive – Alert International

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock availability across retail stores and the warehouse while supporting production planning and vendor coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, enabling smooth sales operations, and supporting timely production and replenishment decisions.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across all stores and the central warehouse
  • Prepare and execute weekly replenishment plans based on sales data and stock movement
  • Coordinate closely with sales teams to understand demand and priority items
  • Identify potential stock shortages and proactively inform the production department
  • Prepare and maintain replenishment trackers and production planning trackers
  • Coordinate with factories and outsource vendors to support timely production and delivery
  • Update the ERP system with product creation, stock movements, and inventory adjustments
  • Ensure inventory data accuracy between physical stock and system records
  • Support periodic stock counts and reconciliation activities
  • Assist management with inventory-related reports and analysis
  • Identify process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and stock visibility
