Strategic Planning Specialist

• Support the preparation and regular update of the entity’s strategic plan in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct internal and external environment analysis (SWOT, PESTEL) to identify challenges and opportunities impacting strategy execution.

• Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with national objectives and government transformation plans.

• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for strategic performance.

• Prepare analytical reports on strategic performance and submit recommendations to senior management.

• Coordinate with other departments to align operational plans with the strategic direction.

• Contribute to workshops and meetings related to strategic planning and plan updates.

• Participate in feasibility studies for strategic projects and initiatives.

• Support institutional assessment efforts (e.g., self-assessment, organizational maturity, government excellence awards).

• Ensure the entity’s strategy aligns with government priorities such as national vision, high-level policies, and five-year plans.
