Store Keeper

Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Keeper with strong spare parts management experience to manage store operations efficiently and support workshop/maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store spare parts and materials

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

• Issue spare parts to technicians/mechanics as per job requirements

• Ensure proper labeling, bin location, and FIFO practices

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels

• Prepare purchase requisitions and GRN documentation

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely availability of parts

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store

• Use ERP / inventory systems and MS Excel for reporting
