Sous Chef (Hot Kitchen) – SOL Coffee Location: Business Bay – Sunsol Cafeteria

SOL Coffee is looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our experienced Executive Chef and Head Chef, helping build a new café concept focused on quality, creativity, and exceptional guest experiences.
-Support the Head Chef in the daily operation of the hot kitchen.
-Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
-Supervise and lead the kitchen team during daily operations.
-Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and company standards.
-Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
-Assist in menu development, seasonal specials, and recipe improvements.
-Train, mentor, and support CDPs, Commis Chefs, and kitchen assistants.
-Monitor food preparation, stock levels, ordering, and inventory.
-Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
-Minimize food waste and assist with food cost control.
-Take responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
