Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of proven experience to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating content calendars, managing platform algorithms, coordinating with designers, engaging with clients, attending events, and providing live coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals.

·     Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content tailored for various social media platforms.

·     Monitor and optimize content performance by understanding and adapting to platform algorithms and trends.

·     Collaborate closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and effective posts.

·     Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with social media campaigns.

·     Attend industry events, conferences, and company functions to provide live social media coverage and engage with audiences in real time.

·     Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

·     Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices within the UAE market.
