Site Manager (Fit Out) – CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C
- Supervise day-to-day on-site fit-out activities, ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Monitor site progress, report deviations, and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation for project tracking and handover.
- Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Support procurement and material management on-site, ensuring timely availability of resources
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient working environment on site.
