Job Description

• Drive showroom sales by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share across residential, commercial, hospitality, and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, fit-out contractors, and key project stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new project opportunities through networking, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service and a professional showroom environment.
• Manage visual merchandising, product displays, carpet samples, and showroom inventory to maintain brand standards.
• Supervise and coach the showroom team to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback while preparing regular sales and pipeline reports.
