Service & Operations Manager – DIFC – PRISTINE CONSULTANCY FZE

General brief about the role:

The Service & Operations Manager plays a dual role — ensuring a superior client experience while managing the operational backbone of the EAM business. The role supports Relationship Managers in delivering efficient, compliant, and timely services to clients and coordinates with custodian banks, compliance, and internal teams for seamless execution of all operational and service-related activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Act as the primary contact for clients for all non-investment queries and service requests.

 Support RMs in onboarding clients, ensuring complete and accurate KYC/AML documentation.

 Handle account opening, maintenance, and closure with custodian/private banks.

 Coordinate and execute cash transfers, investment subscriptions/redemptions, and corporate actions.

 Proactively follow up with custodian banks to ensure smooth execution and resolve client queries promptly.

 Prepare client reporting packs, statements, and portfolio summaries when required.

 Oversee day-to-day back-office operations of the EAM, including transaction monitoring and reconciliation.

 Maintain and update client and transaction data in internal systems/CRM.

 Support trade execution workflow, including confirmation, settlement, and post-trade checks.

 Liaise with custodian banks, fund houses, and intermediaries for operational coordination.

 Ensure adherence to all internal SOPs, controls, and compliance standards.

 Support fee computation, invoicing, and AUM reporting.

 Ensure compliance with DFSA, AML, and internal governance policies.

 Maintain up-to-date client files for audit and regulatory inspection readiness.

 Participate in periodic client reviews, ensuring data and documentation accuracy.

 Escalate operational risks, breaches, or unusual transactions immediately to management and compliance.
