SEO Lead – Synolon

We are hiring an SEO Lead / Search Architect to design and own the organic search foundation of a large-scale, data-driven platform.

This role is not about blogs, backlinks, or keyword tracking.

It is about search architecture, indexing control, and scalable SEO systems.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership to ensure the platform is clearly understood by search engines and AI-driven answer systems, today and in the future.

[What You Will Own[

• Search Architecture & Indexing Strategy
• Define what should and should not be indexed
• Design canonical authority, noindex rules, redirects, and page lifecycle logic
• Own URL structure principles and internal linking systems
• Prevent index bloat and crawl waste as the platform scales

[Technical SEO at Platform Scale[

• Own Search Console health and diagnostics
• Partner with engineering on:
• rendering & performance
• Core Web Vitals
• SEO-safe deployments
• Review technical releases for SEO risk before launch

[Entity & Structured Data Strategy[

• Implement entity-based SEO
• Design structured data to describe relationships, not just attributes
• Ensure the platform is understandable to:
• modern search engines
• AI / LLM-powered answer systems
• Prepare SEO for future search experiences (AI Overviews, SGE, etc.)

[Programmatic SEO Governance[

• Define rules for page creation
• Validate search demand before indexing
• Prune, merge, or retire low-value pages
• Scale SEO responsibly without triggering spam or quality issues

[Measurement & Decision-Making[

• Define SEO KPIs tied to business outcomes
• Monitor index health, crawl efficiency, and search visibility
• Build dashboards for leadership and product teams
• Translate SEO insights into product and engineering decisions
