Senior Manager/ Manager – Process Consulting – Alert International

Description

In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives, business transformation projects, and performance enhancement strategies for clients in the Energy & Utilities (E&U) and Manufacturing sectors.

  • Deliver Operational Excellence and Process/Cost Optimization initiatives to enhance client performance.
  • Lead and support Business Process Reengineering and improvement projects, including the development or update of:
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Delegation of Authority (DoA) Matrices
  • Internal Control Documentation
  • Process Transformation (e.g., Procurement, Maintenance, etc.)
  • Conduct Market Assessments, including survey design, implementation, and results reporting.
  • Perform Process Maturity Assessments and develop Implementation Roadmaps for continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to improve Operational Efficiency and overall business performance.
  • Implement standalone ISO Standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 50001, etc.) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) incorporating multiple standards.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable process improvements.
  • Leverage leading practices across the E&U and Manufacturing industries to deliver effective business consulting solutions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s business, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of consultants and industry experts to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with client objectives.
  • Present ideas, findings, and solutions confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
