Senior Interior Designer – Luxury Furniture – Black Pearl Consult

We are seeking an experienced <b>Senior Interior Designer</b> to lead the design and execution of high-end residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept development through completion.This role requires a creative professional who can transform client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior spaces while ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, budget, and project objectives.Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.Manage the complete design process from initial concept through project completion.Prepare mood boards, material selections, layouts, and presentation materials.Produce detailed 2D drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD.Research and specify finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories suitable for each project.Ensure designs comply with project requirements, quality standards, and installation specifications.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.Support clients with space planning, furniture layouts, color schemes, and styling recommendations.Present design concepts confidently to clients and incorporate feedback where required.Identify potential business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design.Proven experience delivering high-end residential and commercial interior projects.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
