Join a well-established IT services and outsourcing group operating out of Dubai Internet City, with a footprint spanning the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and India. The organization is part of a larger group structure backed by a publicly listed industrial conglomerate and a private equity partner focused on niche IT services businesses — giving this role exposure to hiring across multiple regional entities rather than a single standalone operation.
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for technical and delivery roles across our regional footprint, working closely with hiring managers, department heads, and group HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment — from role intake and sourcing strategy through screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff — for technical, delivery, and support roles across multiple regional entities (UAE, KSA, Singapore, India).
- Partner directly with hiring managers to translate open requisitions into clear sourcing briefs and realistic hiring timelines.
- Source actively across job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and niche IT/tech talent channels, building and maintaining a live pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
- Own and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) — accurate requisition status, candidate stage tracking, and clean data for recruitment MIS and reporting.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment metrics and hiring status reports (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer-acceptance rates) to HR and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, offer documentation, and compliance requirements in line with UAE labor law and group HR policy.
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to strengthen the group’s positioning in a competitive regional IT talent market.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and external vendors where needed, managing cost and quality of external sourcing channels.
