Senior Accountant – Payables (UAE National) – Madison Pearl

Madison Pearl is partnering with a prominent entity in Abu Dhabi for an opportunity of Senior Accountant – Payables. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the end to end accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, approvals, and payroll processing.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payment.
• Monitor AP aging reports and maintain accurate records of liabilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to address payment-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting
