Description
Lead and implement the content quality assurance strategy across the platformOwn the e2e QA lifecycle, including pre- and post-publication reviewsReview and approve content prior to publication, ensuring editorial quality and consistencyEnsure compliance with SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and governance frameworksLead, develop, and mentor the content QA functionDrive continuous improvement through QA audits, reporting, and performance trackingDevelop and maintain QA frameworks, standards, templates and reporting mechanismsCollaborate closely with content teams, translators, legal, and government stakeholdersIdentify gaps in content quality and implement corrective and preventative actionsEnsure bilingual (Arabic & English) content is accurate, culturally aligned, and user-friendlyProvide insights to leadership through dashboards and quality performance reporting
Profile
Over 6 years’ experience across digital content, editorial, content QA, or corporate communicationsStrong fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent editorial and linguistic capabilityProven experience in content governance, QA frameworks, and audit processesExperience working with large scale digital platforms or government environments highly preferredStrong understanding of: SEO best practices, Digital accessibility (WCAG), and Content governance and compliance frameworksDemonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across complex organisationsPrior experience leading teams or functions in a structured environmentDetail oriented with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and user experience
