Sand Plant Process Operator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Remote Site-Based)
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Process Operators to ensure the safe and efficient operation of a sand processing facility. The successful candidate will monitor plant performance, maintain product quality, and support production targets while adhering to strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor processing equipment including conveyors, screens, crushers, pumps, classifiers, and related systems.
- Start up, shut down, and adjust plant equipment according to operating procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify abnormal operating conditions.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain accurate production records.
- Support quality control activities and product specification compliance.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks.
- Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance, laboratory, and operations teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sand processing, mining, quarry, aggregate, manufacturing, or industrial operations preferred.
- Basic understanding of plant equipment and process operations.
- Ability to follow operating procedures and safety requirements.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and in remote-site environments.
