Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in manpower supply services. The role involves acquiring new clients, generating leads, converting prospects, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across industries like construction, logistics, cleaning, and facility management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients across UAE to offer manpower supply solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure manpower delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates via CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
