Overview of the role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Power Generators with strong expertise in the GCC and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in power product sales, including export experience, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including international clients.
- Achieve sales and marketing targets for assigned territories, with a focus on export markets.
- Meet and exceed sales financial objectives.
- Contribute to the division’s strategy and annual growth plans.
- Enhance team knowledge and awareness of products and market trends.
- Identify sales opportunities and customer requirements; prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Sustain rapport with key accounts through regular visits, exploring specific needs, and closing deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations.
- Flexibility to travel to support regional operations and export activities.
