Sales Manager
Location: UAE / Pakistan
Salary: Market related
Key responsibility is to develop and manage the Account list / Geographical area assigned, promoting the Company product portfolio within Specialty Chemicals
Achieve the sales targets defined by the Company;
Develop the Company portfolio and key account relationships;
Collection of market info needed for sales monitoring and development.
You will be based in the UAE and the focus will be in the Pakistan market.
Responsibilities
· Develop and manage Account list in the Geographical area assigned
· Achieve sales and margin targets defined
· Yearly Sales Budget input (revenues/volumes/margins) at customer/product level
· Regular monitoring of Sales trend and Sales Budget deviations
· Follow the commercial guidelines set and regularly verify the development of activities implemented within area/customers managed
· Manage commercial relationships with customer assigned, negotiating prices and supply conditions
· Corporate Credit policies implementation, deviations monitoring
· Provide market information necessary for correct stock refurbishing/maintenance
· Actively support in managing low rotating/expired stocks
· Apply prices/conditions/sales strategies defined
· Apply product allocation guidelines defined
· Organize Customers joint visits when required
· Prospect customers identification and development
