Sales Manager – Al Fares Holding Company
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the hardware and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth and develop strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the hardware and building materials sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the hardware or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive sales improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
