Sales Executive – Financial Guards

Financial Guards is a leading accounting and financial consultancy firm based in Dubai, providing comprehensive professional services to businesses of all sizes. As we continue to expand our client portfolio across the UAE, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive with previous experience in an accounting, auditing, tax, or financial consultancy firm to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and promoting Financial Guards’ professional services. The ideal candidate understands the accounting and financial services industry, is confident in meeting decision-makers, and has a proven ability to close service-based sales.

This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify business opportunities within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, Corporate Tax, VAT, and advisory services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and business meetings.
  • Meet business owners, finance managers, CFOs, and company directors to understand their financial and compliance needs.
  • Present Financial Guards’ services professionally and prepare customized service proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the accounting, audit, and tax departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience within an accounting firm, audit firm, tax consultancy, financial consultancy, or business advisory company in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, auditing, VAT, Corporate Tax, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services.
  • Existing network of business owners, SMEs, or corporate clients in the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Russian
