About the Role
We are looking for hunters: energetic, ambitious, and fearless individuals who are ready to take YallaMotor’s dealer network to the next level. If you’re driven by commission, love the automotive industry, and aren’t afraid to be on the ground, visiting showrooms, meeting clients face-to-face, and turning conversations into deals, then this role is for you. This is not a desk job. It’s a field sales position for individuals who want to prove themselves, grow fast, and earn big through results.
What You’ll Do
- Acquire used/new car dealers, and other automotive-related companies (insurance, finance, accessories, etc.) that aren’t yet working with us.
- Spend your days in the market, moving from showroom to showroom, meeting decision-makers, presenting YallaMotor’s products, and closing deals.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with your clients to ensure they continue listing and advertising with YallaMotor.
- Sell dealer packages, featured ads, and marketing services that help clients get more leads and exposure.
- Record all activities, meetings, and updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Suggest new ways to improve our products, pricing, and sales strategy based on what you see in the field.
- Meet and exceed your monthly targets for bookings, cashings, and new dealer activations.
