Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in online sales through platforms such as WhatsApp, and exceptional communication skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective phone deal closing techniques. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, focusing on online sales channels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through WhatsApp conversations, phone calls, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized communication.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients via online platforms, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives, particularly for online outreach.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in online sales tactics.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights on performance and areas for development, especially in online sales metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients over the phone, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands gathered through online interactions.
