Sales Coordinator – luna Bites

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining sales records, processing orders, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in the execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company targets.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  3. Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments, ensuring timely information flow.
  4. Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  5. Organize and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and client correspondence.
  6. Support the preparation of sales presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
  9. Conduct market research to support the sales team in identifying potential opportunities and competitors.
  10. Provide administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in similar sales support roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant field.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  6. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  7. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  8. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  9. Knowledge of sales techniques and principles to support the sales team effectively.
  10. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
