🎯 Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

•Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism

•Understand customer needs and recommend suitable luxury pieces

•Provide detailed product knowledge about materials, craftsmanship, and care

•Create memorable shopping experiences that reflect the Lusso Vita brand

Sales & Revenue Generation

•Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

•Upsell and cross-sell complementary products

•Build and maintain a loyal customer base

•Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or social media

Product Knowledge

•Develop deep understanding of all product collections (crystal vases, serveware, decorative accents)

•Stay updated on new arrivals and exclusive pieces

•Communicate the story and craftsmanship behind each product

Store Operations

•Maintain showroom presentation to luxury standards

•Assist with inventory management and stock organization

•Process sales transactions accurately

•Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Relationship Building

•Build long-term relationships with high-value clients

•Maintain customer database and follow up on special occasions

•Represent Lusso Vita at events and exhibitions when required

✨ What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

•Gender: Female

•Experience: 0-2 years in sales or customer service (luxury retail experience is a plus)

•Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

•Availability: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

•Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package

•Base Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month

•Commission: 2.5% on every sale you make

•Earning Potential: Unlimited! Top performers can significantly increase their income through commission

Example Earnings:

•Monthly sales of AED 50,000 = AED 1,250 commission

•Monthly sales of AED 100,000 = AED 2,500 commission

•Monthly sales of AED 200,000 = AED 5,000 commission

Total potential monthly income: AED 5,500 – 8,500+
