SAFETY MONITORING & INCIDENT PREVENTION COORDINATOR (24/7) – CoreBridge Global
CoreBridge Global is looking for a highly alert, responsible, and proactive Safety Monitoring & Incident Prevention Coordinator to join our growing 24/7 operations team.
This is a real-time trucking safety operations position focused on preventing accidents, identifying unsafe behavior, monitoring live camera events, and protecting both drivers and company operations before issues become serious.
The person in this role will monitor safety camera systems, review high-risk driving events, communicate directly with drivers, escalate urgent situations, and help reduce accidents, violations, claims, and operational risks across the fleet.
This is not a basic office position. We are looking for someone who can stay focused under pressure, react quickly, think proactively, and take safety seriously.
Main responsibilities include:
- Monitoring live safety camera events and alerts
- Identifying unsafe driving behavior
- Contacting drivers during high-risk situations
- Reviewing distracted driving, speeding, harsh braking, following distance, and other safety events
- Monitoring camera tampering or blocked camera situations
- Escalating critical incidents immediately
- Preparing daily and weekly safety reports
- Tracking repeat violations and high-risk drivers
- Supporting accident prevention efforts
- Maintaining professional communication with drivers and internal departments
- Working together with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Safety teams
- Providing coaching and documentation after safety events
- Assisting with 24/7 fleet safety monitoring coverage
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to stay alert during day or night shifts.
Experience in trucking, dispatch, fleet operations, safety, logistics, or monitoring systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right mindset.
