Role Overview
Serves as the final line of defense for equipment uptime, diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and structural failures beyond routine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshoot PCB-level and wiring issues using oscilloscopes and multimeters.
Mechanical Overhaul: Disassemble, repair, and rebuild harmonic drives, gearboxes, and hydraulic actuators.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Identify environmental and operational failure causes (dust, vibration, heat) and implement corrective reinforcements.
Emergency Recovery: Lead safe-state recovery procedures following system crashes or power failures.
