Relocation /Mobility Client Service Specialist (Destination Services) – HelpXpat Relocations

At HelpXpat Relocations, we support Expat Assignees and families relocating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Our services include Destination Services such as Orientation, Home Search, School Search, Settling-In.

We are looking for an experienced Mobility Consultant (Destination Services Specialist) to join our team. This is a desk-based role, with the individual acting as the primary point of contact for assignees and corporate HR throughout the relocation journey.

What will you be doing?

• This role is high on client facing and operations. You will be the primary point of contact (account management) for assignees and stakeholders.
• You will conducting needs assessments, and initiate the relocation process.
• Manage cases from initial needs assessment through to settling-in, ensuring a seamless and responsive client experience.
• Coordinate the delivery of immigration, orientation, home search, school search, tenancy, handover, snagging and settling-in services as required.
• Coordinate closely with Field Consultants and external service partners to arrange and deliver accompanied services.
• Track immigration and tenancy management activities, ensuring milestones, documentation and timelines are properly monitored.
• Ensure agreed SLA, quality and service standards are consistently met.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, proactively identifying potential issues and taking ownership through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records, service updates, costs, milestones and reports within our systems.
• Contribute to improving operational processes, service delivery and ways of working.
• Support team knowledge sharing, coaching and development where appropriate. Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency and client experience. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as directed by senior management.
