Registered Nurse (RN) UAE National (Emirati) – ERC International Human Resources Consultancies

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and compassionate

nursing care to patients in accordance with DOH regulations and established clinical

standards. The role also involves patient coordination, clinical documentation and

supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients, monitor their condition and provide appropriate nursing care.

• Administer medications, treatments and nursing interventions as prescribed by

authorized physicians.

• Monitor and document vital signs and promptly report any changes in patient

condition.

• Assist doctors during clinical examinations, procedures and treatments.

• Prepare patients for clinical procedures and provide appropriate pre- and post-

procedure care.

• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes and clinical documentation.

• Ensure proper infection prevention, control and patient safety practices.

• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups and communication between patients

and relevant departments.

• Guide patients through their clinic visits and provide information regarding their care

and treatment journey.

• Support patient admissions, transfers and discharge-related activities.

• Ensure clinical rooms, nursing equipment and medical supplies are properly

maintained and available.

• Coordinate with doctors, laboratory personnel and other healthcare professionals

to ensure smooth patient care delivery.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with DOH regulations and facility

policies.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of

Department (HOD).
