- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for fit-out projects.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review contracts, negotiate terms with suppliers/subcontractors, and manage procurement.
- Provide accurate reports on project progress, cash flow, and cost control.
